Pricing that scales with your practice — not per seat.
Caesar Health is modular: deploy one AI agent or the full front office, sized to your providers and volume. We model the ROI on your own numbers before you commit — so the price has to earn its place on your books.
How the pricing model works
Four principles, whatever your size — from a solo clinic to a multi-site group or PE portfolio.
Modular by agent
Start with one agent or deploy the full platform. You pay for the agents you run — add, swap, or expand as your bottlenecks change.
Scales with your practice
Pricing fits your provider count and locations, so a solo clinic and a multi-site group each pay fairly — not a flat one-size fee.
Priced to your ROI
We model the hours reclaimed and revenue recovered against your real volume before you commit. The number has to make sense on your books.
Never per seat
You pay for the work the agents do, not for logins. Automating your front office should lower your costs, not add a per-user tax.
What could an AI front office reclaim for you?
Adjust the inputs to your practice. This shows the value on the table today — recovered visits and reclaimed staff time — not a Caesar Health price. That comes on a call, sized to you.
Projected value you could reclaim
$33,700 / month
About $404,400 a year
150 calls × 70% recovered × $280
40 hrs/week × $25/hr
Industry-typical assumptions — your number depends on payer mix, specialty, and baseline.
What it replaces
Caesar Health takes over work you’re already paying for — usually for less than the labor and contracts it retires.
Front-desk staff on the phones
A single full-time receptionist runs $35K–50K a year, loaded — before turnover and retraining.
Answering & scheduling services
Limited hours, no real scheduling, and every missed call after 5 PM is an appointment lost to the practice down the street.
After-hours & overflow coverage
Evenings and weekends are when patients actually call — and when a 9-to-5 front desk misses most of it.
We’ll put a number next to your specific mix on a call — and model the ROI against it.
Two easy ways to start

How does Caesar Health pricing work?
It’s modular. You choose the agents you need, and pricing scales with your provider count and locations. There’s no public price list because every practice is different — you get a tailored quote sized to your workflows on a short call.
Do you charge per seat or per user?
No. You pay for the work the agents do, not for logins. Per-seat pricing would penalize you for automating — which is the opposite of the point.
Can I start small?
Yes — most practices start with a single agent (often intake forms or the phone agent) on one workflow, prove it on their own numbers, then expand agent by agent.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — a one-time, white-glove integration and onboarding fee, quoted with your plan and often credited toward an annual contract. We do the EMR integration work; your team doesn’t need engineers.
How do I get an actual price?
A 20-minute call. We size it to your providers, volume, and EMR, and walk through the projected ROI on your numbers — no per-seat surprises.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. A focused pilot runs the agents on one slice of your workflow, measured against your own baseline, so you see the impact before you expand.
Is Caesar Health HIPAA-compliant?
Yes — HIPAA-compliant with a BAA executed at contract signing, end-to-end encryption, and SOC 2 Type II in progress.
