Our story

Healthcare should keep you well.Somewhere, it forgot that.

Caesar Health was started by people who believe medicine’s job is to keep people healthy — and who got tired of watching admin work and broken processes get in the way. We build AI agents that take the administrative load off clinics today, so care can get back to what it’s for.

Where Caesar Health comes from

Caesar Health’s founder, Shoukri Kattan, nearly went into medicine. He didn’t — but he never stopped studying it.

What pushed him away was also what he couldn’t let go of: conventional medicine is built to react. It waits for you to get sick, treats the symptom, and sends you home — often without ever asking what you eat, how you sleep, or how you move. So he went and learned that part himself.

He became a biohacker — years of tracking his own biology, reading the actual studies on how the body ages, experimenting with peptides and longevity protocols long before they were mainstream. Some of it worked. Some of it went very wrong. But he rebuilt his own health from the inside out, and came away certain of one thing: most of what wrecks our health is preventable. The knowledge already exists. What’s missing is a system that actually uses it.

“I became a biohacker because of the way conventional medicine is practiced.”
Shoukri Kattan — Founder & CEO

That conviction is what led to Caesar Health. Because when he looked at why clinics can’t practice proactive, preventative care, the bottleneck wasn’t clinical — it was administrative. Clinicians spend more hours on phones, faxes, charts, and claims than with patients. The EMR records the work; no one runs it. So we built the workforce that does — AI agents that execute the administrative load end-to-end, so clinicians get their time, and their attention, back.

Caesar Health is built by BitLab, a technology company with a decade of shipping complex systems for healthcare, medtech, and enterprise. That lineage shows up in the product: production-grade infrastructure, real EMR integrations, and the operational realism of a team that has shipped software inside clinics — not just demos of it.

Clearing the admin is step one, not the destination.

We believe the next era of healthcare is proactive, preventative, and built around keeping people healthy for longer — not just processing them when they’re sick. The same agents that run a clinic’s operations today are the foundation for the health system we actually want to see: one that catches problems early, follows through relentlessly, and treats staying well as the goal. We’re building toward that, deliberately.

Leadership

Builders and operators who have spent careers shipping systems that clinics, hospitals, and enterprise teams actually depend on.

A builder and lifelong biohacker who spent two decades shipping complex software across healthcare, medtech, and enterprise — and just as long studying human health from the inside out. Caesar Health is where those two obsessions meet: production-grade AI, pointed at making care proactive instead of reactive.

What we believe

The principles that decide what ships, what gets cut, and how we treat the operators and clinicians who depend on this system.

Prevention beats paperwork

Most of what wrecks our health is preventable — but prevention loses to admin every day a clinic runs. We take the paperwork off the table so care can move upstream, where it actually changes outcomes.

The body is a system. So is a practice.

Biohacking teaches you that you can’t nudge one thing without something else paying for it. We build for the whole system — calls, charts, claims, follow-through — not one shiny symptom.

Execute, don’t assist

Our agents don’t hand work back to your staff with a summary. They do the work end-to-end and escalate only the exceptions. We claim outcomes the AI actually performs.

Honest about trade-offs

We name what a system can and can’t do. If an agent misses a call, it’s on us — not on “the integration.” Trust is built on the truth, not the demo.

Build for the long game

Healthcare rewards patience. We build systems that compound — for the practice today, and for the more proactive, preventative model of care we think comes next.

Simple is the hard part

Simple is harder than complex. Done right, it’s the difference between a tool a practice tolerates and a system a practice depends on.
